Giving you a reason to laugh outloud when you need it the most. Look around and enjoy the humor, and either choose to laugh at me or with me one video or blog at a time. Jaxgman an "Equal Opportunity Offender"
Even thought the game this Sunday between the Tennessee Titans and the Jaguars wound up with a one win in that column,The performance of some of the players is still the same old Jags of old.
I have been following the Jacksonville jaguars from the beginning of the franchise here in Jacksonville. We have had quarterback controversy after another. This season proved to be no different,Although I wholeheartedly agree with the decision to release David Gerrard. I cannot help but wonder what kind of wishy washy message does this send to the reast of the players. To release the so called starting quarterback less than a week before the kick off of the first regular season game. This just proves to me the type of coaching staff that we have in place and it is far from what the NFL has expected ,,,,,TO ME>>>>>..
I know this is a business BUT to have all of the contraversey from the players and owners for so long and then just cut him just before the season,,seems to me odd at best. Well enough of all of that on to the game itself…….
The good,“”"MJD and company looked very good averaging close to 7 yards per carry for better part of the first half. Breaking out and cutting back in true MJD fashion. Then further into the second quarter is when the tables starting to turn. The Jags returned to running up the gut. And where getting pushed back.
The bad,”"”the play calling,Again with the short-side of the field screen plays. Not enough plays to the big tide in Mercedes Lewis ( Great hands and great RAC stats.) The diverse play calling teams in the NFL are the ones who seem to be able to bring it to the opponent’s week after week,to me the jags get real predictable in each game to fast. For this the defense is able to get pressure on a quarterback with only 8 actual NFL starts in his whole career. Luke McCowen did great dont get me wrong,no real big mistakes on his part. There were more than our fair share of a dropped ball on plays that should have been made. We had alot of first downs which is key to any game.
The ugly”"”letting the other team get back into the game, the inability to put the other team in the whole so far that they will all but throw there hands in the air. I refer to the play of one Reshein Mathis,if you really watch his play he whiffs on tackles, and is going for the big play. Kind of like the boxer trying to get the knock out punch in the first round. he had a few very crucial and idiotic mistakes late in the game that gave the Titans a glimmer of hope.
Over all a good first game for the Jags,I look forward to the upcoming tests that they will encounter and I do believe that Luke is up for the task, now lets get Offense and Defense on the same page of play and we just may have some thing this year.

Leraning some of the basic BLOGGING lingo can be very helpful.
Blogging 101 is mostly about the blogging vocabulary. To understand blogs, you need to know the terms blog, platform, domain, and web host. Once you have mastered these key elements of blogging, you can enter any conversation about blogging with confidence. After you know what exactly a blog is,you will be on your way to passing the final exam of blogging 101.
Blog is short for weblog, which simply means a series of online posts presented in reverse chronological order. That’s all! Most blogs are text, but there are also photo blogs and video blogs. The rest of blogging 101 has to do with the technical side of things. If you are setting up a blog, you will need a platform,a web host, and a domain. A blogging platform is a computer software program that allows you to write posts and to update your blog. Your platform is also what you use to design the look of your blog, from color scheme to font size. The web host is sort of like the virtual file cabinet where your blog is stored. Your computer communicates with the host when you upload or edit a post. The domain is the online address of your blog, and usually ends in ‘dot com’. Now that you know what a blog is,what a platform is,and what domains and hosts are, congratulate yourself! You have passed blogging 101.
A Great Idea For a Blogging Web Site is No Longer Enough
Because there are so many blogs and web sites about blogs on the internet,it can be tough to distinguish your blogging web site from all of the others. Whether you are starting up a new web site aimed at bloggers or whether you are looking to make your existing blogging site more distinctive, the key to building and maintaining a site that will capture the interest and attention of the blogging community is finding your niche. If you can fill a unique need in a way that no other web site does, you’ll be able to build a lasting readership among web surfers. Once you have discovered a niche, you will still have a lot to do,but finding your place in the blogosphere is the place to begin.
Every great blogging web site starts with a great idea, and you can’t build a successful site that will last without one. There are many great sites aimed at today’s bloggers, and competition for the attention of this growing demographic is fierce. To make your blogging web site stand out from the pack, you will need to offer something that no other site is currently offering,or you will need to do the same thing that an already popular site does but in a more impressive or valuable way.
One way to discover an ideal model for your blogging web site is to look at the sites that have successfully captured a blogging audience already to determine if you can appropriate some of their strategies to help realize your vision. Of course, you will also need to add a unique flair to your project in order to stand apart from your competition. Many people agree that the web sites that do the best in today’s market are the sites that have the most personality. The fiercely individual surfers who are bloggers are a demographic that responds especially strongly to personality,so consider how you can give your site a unique and attractive feeling by lending your own voice and sensibility to your site’s design and content.
Once you have a great idea for your site, have pinpointed a special niche that you are well equipped to fill, and have infused the site with personality, the next step is figuring out how to get the word out to bloggers. In the long run,a great idea just isn’t enough to propel your blogging web site to success. You will need to draft a smart and realistic marketing plan in order to draw readers to your site. Once you hook a blogger, your great content will keep them coming back, but it is vital to get that first glance or your site won’t have a chance to shine.
Hello all, Recently while on a short family get a way I came across a brochure at the local hotel. The front said come go fishing,Boat rentals,Cabins. I thought well now that sounds good to me,So I called. When the phone was answered on the other end of the landline I heard ”Hello Highland Park Fish Camp how can I help you”and it just got better from there, this guy was so nice and answered all of my questions no matter how redundant they probably seemed to be.
I found out that the pontoon boats 24ft cost a mere $125.00 during the week for a whole day of fun and fishing. And they have Bass boats and some smaller cruisers too. They will give you a map and where to go and fish. There is a place on the route where you can get out and swim in a natural spring. I was stoked at this point and wanted to leave NOW!!! But lil wifey said maybe Monday. OK
So it is now Sunday we are with friends and having fun,I call again and clarify all of the things I thought I heard before was actually true, and sure enough I was correct for once (YES we did mark it on the calendar) So it is set and I am truly looking forward to this excursion (NO Not the big land yacht of a truck). WELL what happens I come down with some food poisoning or some stuff like that and get deathly ill that night. Most of the night I will not go into details lets just say it was very uncorfortable to say the least.
Fast forward after long sleepless night people are stirring around to get ready to go on the fishing trip. I have to throw out the “DAMN IM SICK FLAG”sorry i cannot go. After a few weird looks it sinks in and everybody starting eating breakfast. So after a few hours of letting my system relax we decide it is time to start making our way home.
I decide to head out to the place www.hpfishcamp.com and just check it out. Coming from Daytona Beach straight out highway 92 it only took about an hour. we arrived at the little fish camp in the woods. WOW we see in front of us a little pond with kids fishing around it. I walked inside and inquired if my kids could get some poles and bait and try to fish.(Heres were you can tell you are in the country) He said I will not rent you poles but ill give them each a pole and some bait. SWEET!!
We step out by the pond get the poles ready and cast away, with small kids the hardest thing is to LEAVE the line alone, soon my duaghters bobber goes under she snags the fish and reels in a 2-1/2 lb largemouth bass with a grin from ear to ear. Rebait and throw back out and within a few minutes she catches a second one. My son figures it must be the pole so I ask my lil girl can I set this pole for your borther,YES so I did and with in minutes he cuaght a 3to4lb large mouth bass. All is good with the world. what a great place to visit they rent cabins also. A real diamond in the rough we cannot wait to go down there and rent a boat for the day. Check it out for yourself
I wanted to tell you about an event that happened to me recently while at the Wednsday morning fles market.
Ok let me set the stage I was out early one morning to sell some stuff to make some extra cash. I have a table that is set up with mostly .25 items so as to attract the yet never seen customers to come and make this stuff go away,Make it all go Away is what I like to say very frequently actually. So meanwhile back at the mkt. I need to take a break,I ask the girl set up next to me if she could watch my booth ( For a damn Minute) key word here is watch, not sell all my stuff to the first person that comes aling and offers a ridiculous amount for it. I had a tool case, one of the ones with individual spots for wrenches, ratchets and sockets,I had put a few of the ones that would fit in there. One of these was a SNAP-ON 1/4″drive socket wrench. now all of you men out there know that off the truck this is a 50.00 wrench alone and it is in great shape, but I ve got quite a few of them and needed the money so I have the box at the end of the .25 table,But I have been asking a mere 20bucks for the box if I do not gett hat then i will take it back to the house and keep it myself. So I get back from the restroom break and I notice right away that the BIG BLACK tool box is gone “Im thinking cool she sold the box”NOT!!!!!! she hand s me a dollar and say i sold the box for you. The guy asked how much and I said three dollars (WTF) (At this point my jaw is on the ground in disbeleive) but he offered a dollar and I figured ( R U ready for this) it was on the .25 table so it would get you the money you wanted. I said NO there was one wrench in that box that was worth 50 bucks alone and you sold it for a dollar, she said Im sorry I did not know,I was so pissedt he rest of the day to avoid becoming a statistic myself i had to leave for the day, MORAL of the story is this,if you are at the market and someone asks you to (WATCH) there booth do just that unless an item is clearly marked or you know it is a greatdeal do not sell anything to anyone the proper response would have been to say the guy will be back in a minute. This happened a few weeks a go and I am still in a state of disbelief,Stay tuned for more flea mkt and craiglist Dos and Donts to come.
Please comment or make a suggestion ,or ask a question I will respond asap/
ok so all of you know by now I surf CL (Craigs List) and the web often. The few things that irritate me the most about these adds are so common and yet overlooked by some. I cannot let it go any longer these people drive me crazy, with these adds about things that are completely ridiculous.
The first thing is the people who post a add and in the Title they have some weird ass !@#??????”"”::::}}++{{{~~~~ to the point of being totally ridiculous and I want even look at the add.
Another one is for you people who are posting these adds to realize that your item is not the only one in the world of it s kind. SO lets not ask the most crazy price for it. Example a person has built a hauling trailer out of the bed of an old chevy truck. With some cheap ass wooden sides and rubber layment in the bed. (Bright ass Blue) and is asking $800.00 for it. REALLY get a life and they dont understand why oh why am I not getting any calls.
The best one is the people that do take the time to post a picture. BUT they post the picture on its side or even upside down,WTF there is a phase in the listing process where you LOOK at (PROOF) it for errors then post it. Apparently there are alot of people who Breeze through this step and dont take the time to turn the damn picture so i dont have to stand on my head to view it!!!!>>
Also I refuse to look at most adds if they DO NOT have picture I figure like this if they cant take the time to put a picture on to sell the item then they are not serious sellers yet.
Last thing that gripes my ass is the people who take the time to list something, some with numbers some without. I attempt to contact them and they never respond to me at all,REALLY this completely baffles me if you list the item and really want to sell it then answer the damn phone or respond to the damn e-mail I sent.
I try to answer all calls and try to answer all E-MAILS < I may not always do it but i try,so let this be a lesson and let me know if you feel the same way as I do about these issues.
This site is not for you if you get offended by someone who is razzing someone,This guy comes up with some crazy stuff and man did some them have me rolling on the floor laughing,so take it for what it is and nothing more. Remember nobody was hurt in the making of these posts. SoRednek OUT
